[Issue 125496] New: Can not start with long path (more then 128 chars)

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125496

          Issue ID: 125496
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Can not start with long path (more then 128 chars)
           Product: General
           Version: 4.1.0
          Hardware: PC
                OS: OS/2
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: code
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: andi.os2.software@gmx.net

After extracting AOO version 4.1.1 rc3 for OS/2 I can not start soffice.exe
when complete path is more then 128 characters long.

Going into command line window (the same for 4os2 and cmd.exe) and typing in
soffice.exe gives error box -
#############################################
OpenOffice 4.1.1 - Fatal Error

The program cannot be started.
A general error occured while accessing your
central configuration.
#############################################

Follow directory names do not work -
T:\Temp\Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.1_os2gcci_install-arc_en-US-rc3-strip\Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.1_os2gcci_install-arc_en-US\OpenOffice
4\program\soffice.exe
T:\Temp\Apache_OpenOffice_4_os2gcci_install123\Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.1_os2gcci_install-arc_en-US\OpenOffice
4\program\soffice.exe

This one works -
T:\Temp\Apache_OpenOffice_4_os2gcci_install12\Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.1_os2gcci_install-arc_en-US\OpenOffice
4\program\soffice.exe

Maybe the problem is only for accessing the root of configuration data which by
default is created here at -
T:\Temp\Apache_OpenOffice_4_os2gcci_install12\Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.1_os2gcci_install-arc_en-US\OpenOffice
4\OpenOffice\4\user
Otherwise the error message is misleading.
