[Update]test matrix job failures

Test matrix job in j.b.a.c was failing because of recent changes that are required to marvin config file. I fixed the config now. Since all the deployment scripts are moved to tools/marvin/marvin/misc/build/ folder from github, I will point the job to pick up the deployment scripts from the same.
