> The goal of this task is to change factory methods in {{ContainerTestHelper}} (and possibly other utility classes) that create various {{ContainerCommandRequestProto}} instances to return a Builder instead of the object being built.  This lets the caller further tweak the request before building it, which in turn allows removing some methods that only differ in optional parameters (e.g. block token).
