AltRMI changes

Folks,

Vinay is coding a dynamic entry point for the client side of AltRMI.  It will be a little like
Axis method calls in use.  It is due shortly and had been requested a couple of times in the past.

After that we are likely to do some larger changes.  Given a number of smells we want to refactor
some names of things.  The term proxy may be dropped for stub, for that is what it is.  We may
also drop some of the excessive 'Altrmi' class and interface prefixing.

After that we may bump from 0.7 to 0.8...

Thoughts?
