[DOC][Readthedocs] when are the changes published to RTD from git?

[github] source of the doc has some changes which aren’t there on [RTD latest]. when does it get updated?

Thanks for the note, it seems the RTD build queue is backed up. I will check with them on IRC today to see what's happening exactly and when it will be solved.

Until that's fixed you can build the docs locally by cloning the git repo and running 'make html' (assuming you have met all the sphinx dependencies)
