A little - DB and I were actually on the phone about something else 
entirely but the conversation switched to hot deployment (yes, we don't 
have much to talk about). I posted a summary of that.

We do need to get more conversation onto the mailing list so that there 
is a record of why things get decided and so that everyone can see what 
is going on.
