mirrors

	I created a proxypass mirror and put it on www.c2.net/apache/
-- I think it would be wise to put a access restriction in /dist/ so
that you can only get to /dist/ from /mirrors/ or /mirrors/list.cgi
(i.e. an http-referer restriction) if you link direct to dist
then you get redirected to /mirrors/

	I can't figure out how to do that easily, without an
index.cgi.

No.  Don't do that.  It breaks automated scripts badly.  It isn't nice.  I
hate sites that try to be smarter than me.  I think the extra savings
isn't worth it.
