Howard M. Lewis Ship commented on TAPESTRY-2552:
------------------------------------------------

The theory being that implementing the two methods of PropertyOverrides is much easier than implementing the dozens of methods on ComponentResources.

> Project: Tapestry
> Issue Type: New Feature
> Components: tapestry-core
> Affects Versions: 5.0.13

> The overrides parameter of the various components (Grid, GridRows, GridColumns, PropertyEditor, PropertyDisplay, etc.) is type ComponentResources when only a couple of methods are needed.
> This makes it very difficult to, for example, mix and match the source locations of the blocks to be used as overrides.
