### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR proposes to remove `InputValidationError` and use `PySparkTypeError` instead.
### Why are the changes needed?
We should use PySpark specific errors for every errors raised from PySpark.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No, it's error improvement.
### How was this patch tested?
The existing CI should pass.
