[users@httpd] htdigest in batch mode?

Is there anyway that anyone knows of it create digested password files
in batch mode similar to the -b option for htpasswd? I would like to
be able to do something like what follows.

# htdigest -b <passwd.digest> <realm> <uid> <pwd>
