Inconclusive results from the updated maven plugin versions. We use `asciidoctor-maven-plugin` in three places in the project. Update all of these to latest available `1.5` version for consistency.

> When building the project locally, nifi-registry-docs sometimes fails to build. I have never noticed problems building nifi-docs; could be that a maven plugin update will help.
