They are synced.  All we have left is to update the website with the 
documentation (if I remember correctly subsequent point releases don't 
require an announcement).

I checked http://repo1.maven.org/maven1/ as well (the corresponding m1 
repo) and it doesn't look like it's synced.

Which would be the repo to check?  ibibilo does not have any recent  
releases.

Do these only go to a M2 repository - or is there also an M1  
repository for these artifacts?

Some of us are in transition from M1 to M2 and not fully there yet...

All pluto 1.1.1 artifacts have been moved to the m2 rsync repo and 
should be available in public repositories within the next two hours.
