Two more moderators needed for new list general@manifoldcf.apache.org
We should have three moderators for this list. I volunteer to be one,
but we also need two others. Volunteers? Responsibilities are
expected to be fairly limited; you will get notices occasionally about
non-members posting to the list, and need to decide whether to accept
or reject them.
