[Bug 3688] New: whitelist_from is not working for all users

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3688

Summary: whitelist_from is not working for all users
           Product: Spamassassin
Version: SVN Trunk (Latest Devel Version)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Score Generation
        AssignedTo: spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: dplohry@gmail.com

I use a program that adds all the recipients of outgoing mail to a whitelist
file that consists of whitelist_from email@domain.com. This server is also used
for incoming mail. When incoming mail comes in, that list is available to
spamassassin. I have spamd restart every hour. It seems that the list is not
being honored for everyone. Some people will receive a score of -.5 for a simple
text message and the score report has no indication that a whitelist_from entry
was found. It will work correctly for other people in the list. (-100,etc.)

This happens on one of my email addresses, but not the other. I have noticed
this behavior on other addresses that are whitelisted.
I have added my name manually to local.cf I have disabled SPF, AWL, and bayes
just to see if anything would be different. It was basically the same thing. I
would be willing to send mail to someone else if they would like to test it.
