Setup: Advanced Networking zone with Xen 6.1 [4.2]

Steps:

1. Create Child domain (CDC1) under ROOT
2. Create Domain account CDC1Admin1 under Child Domain CDC1 
3. Access Management Server as this domain admin account
4. Deploy VM with this account 
5. Tried to update resource Count

Observation: Consumed Resource usage details are not available for all the resources.  It is available only with Total of VM	, Total of IP Address	, Bytes Received ,Bytes Sent.

API provides the details.
