switching of accounts only in case of SAML authenticated user accounts across
other accounts with the same SAML uid/username.

> SAML authenticated users may have multiple accounts across domains as there may be user accounts with same usernames, the current way in 4.5/master is to grab the domain information beforehand which provides a bad UX as users would need to remember their domain path names (difficult than remembering the domain name).
