No java source files to compile

Hello,

Whatever I do, I always get the 'No java source files to compile'
message back from Maven when I try to run the java:compile target. 
Everything works fine using Ant itself, but through Maven I can 't
seem to let it work.

Can anybody be so kind as to help me out on this one ?
