Digest Authentication

Hi All

My next problem is that connecting to rcd requires a username and
password using digest authentication, but java xmlrpc only supports
basic authentication.  Are there any patches floating out there which
provide digest authentication to the xmlrpc client.

On another note, which codebase is the more stable.  1.2 or 2.0?
