[general] upcoming snapshot (JDK this time)

I forsee that tomorrow or friday I'll have enough done in jdktools so we
can do our first JDK snapshot.

It should have javac and java at the minimum and a real jdk-like layout.

Are there any concerns or holds in classlib or drlvm right now?

It's high time we do another, and would be cool to make the switch and
add the JDK
