GNU style configure script for Apache

I just uploaded a GNU style (autoconf) configure script that
was offered to the group by Brandon Gillespie. Finally getting
around to getting this in front of the group. You will find
it on hyperreal in the 'incoming' directory. If you don't see
this message and grab a copy before the power outage, let me
know and I will see if I can make it available somewhere else.

Haven't tried it myself, but it looks nice.
