    Resolution: Fixed

have updated both the nar maven plugin and main nifi build to reflect all the latest improvements benson made as well as a few minor tweaks.  

Merged into develop as a successful build and staging has completed.

mvn release:prepare -Psigned_release
mvn release:perform -Psigned_release

Next up will be to do the actual intended for release build package and then call a vote.
