[Request] Upload release to java repository

Hi,

could you please upload the 1.4 release (and perhaps older once) to our
apache java-repository at http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository

If you look at Ibiblio you'll find older releases there under the regexp
directory. So you can either upload them to
http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository/regexp
or
http://www.apache.org/dist/java-repository/jakarta-regexp

Please also sign the jars and add an md5 file.

This repository is mirrored by the Maven (ibiblio) repository and an
upload of your release there allows all Maven and other build systems to
download regexp during build time.

I could do this myself, but I think it makes more sense if an official
committer (release manager?) of the regexp project signs the files.

Thanks
Carsten

Never mind - some maven stuff....you can say that the directory name is
the name of the project, so if you name it just "regexp" then the origin
of the jar "jakarta-regexp" gets lost in the name.

Dunno what you are talking about :)

Directory renamed.

Thanks Vadim,

one minor thing - I don't want to be picky, but you uploaded the jar to
a directory called "regexp" while the jar itself is named
"jakarta-regexp". So your group is regexp while the artifact id is
"jakarta-regexp". Now, imho either using the directory "jakarta-regexp"
(which I would prefer) or naming the jar "regexp-1.4.jar" would be better.

WDYT?
