`JdbcRowOutputFormat`, a public `@Experimental` class, is removed without a
  deprecation cycle; it could not be used as a Flink `OutputFormat` since 3.1. `JdbcInputFormat` (deprecated since 3.2.0, FLINK-33459) is removed; use `JdbcSource`.
