You can send the zip file to snicholnews@scottnichol.com.  I think it should
be under the size limit of my ISP.

I am sorry that you are having a problem and hope that I can be of help.  At
the same time, I want to remind you that I am a volunteer: no one is paying
me any money for the work I do on Apache SOAP.  I cannot guarantee you that
I will be able to solve your issue soon enough to keep your customer happy;
for that matter, I cannot guarantee you that I will be able to solve you
issue at all!
