Site updates

FYI,

The http://xml.apache.org/forrest/ site just updated. Recently added
stuff:

"Invoking Forrest from Ant"
  http://xml.apache.org/forrest/your-project.html#N102FC

The "forrest site" template webapp now includes a 'forrest-targets.ent'
file, which just needs to be &included; into build.xml to have Forrest
targets made available to users.

"XML Validation"
  http://xml.apache.org/forrest/validation.html

Describes the validation options, and how to create new validated content
types by extending Forrest's DTDs.

No, that's an @id on the section element, specially put there for the
link.

Well done, Jeff. It seems like you generated the static version with
wget instead of the Cocoon CLI, sice I find a link like
http://localhost:8787/forrest/your-project.html#adding_new_content_type
in http://xml.apache.org/forrest/validation.html
