Why should we need a new skinPart or even a new skin?
Isn't it simply a matter of adding a new style "labelPlacement" to CheckBox class, and modifying the existing "labelDisplay" skinPart position in the existing spark skin, according to the value of the style ?
If the default style value is "right" that should be equivalent to the current skin.
