It should be noted that implementing this feature is also an implementation of a per-namespace chooser, since any per-table property added ({{table.volume.chooser}}?) to support this could be configured on a namespace (recall that namespace configurations are table-configurations that apply to all tables in that namespace, unless overridden at the table level). When a table configuration doesn't have this property defined, the default would presumably be the existing {{RandomVolumeChooser}}.
