One more temporal cast that still panics on `main` (`arrow-cast/src/cast/mod.rs`, the `(Time64(Microsecond), Time64(Nanosecond))` arm uses an unchecked `x * (NANOSECONDS / MICROSECONDS)`), in case it helps whoever picks this up:
```rust
let a = Time64MicrosecondArray::from(vec![i64::MAX]);
let _ = cast(&a, &DataType::Time64(TimeUnit::Nanosecond));
// thread panicked at arrow-cast/src/cast/mod.rs:1782:55 (59.2.0): attempt to multiply with overflow
```
Reached from DataFusion with `SELECT arrow_cast(arrow_cast(9223372036854775807, 'Time64(Microsecond)'), 'Time64(Nanosecond)')`.
