https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=128319

          Issue ID: 128319
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Add Commands dialog - tooltip glitch
           Product: General
           Version: 4.1.7
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Trivial
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: ui
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org

Add Commands dialog - screenshots

Steps to be taken:

1. run AOO
2. turn extended tips ON
   Tools > Options > OpenOffice > General
   tick "Extended tips" checkbox
3. Tools > Customize > Toolbars tab page > Add
   Add Commands dialog appears.

(in attached file "TooltipGlitch" I placed screenshot for Standard
toolbar, but - as you may verify it on your own - issue is of
   a general nature).

4. In "Commands box" (white rectangular area) move mouse into the free
area. Tooltip appears: "Select any command, then click [...]".
5. Place mouse cursor in "Close Window" item (first on the list, in blue).
Tooltip appears: "Closes the current window."
6. Now comes the funny part:
If you slowly move mouse cursor while in blue area, you will first see
tooltip "Select and command, then click [...]" (point 4. above) and then
"Closes the current window" tooltip reappears.

This issue could be somehow related to issue 128314. (active area for tooltip
is not strictly limited).
