Master switch is not allowing the RS to checkin in TRUNK- working fine in 0.90

Hi ,

 

If a Master switch happens the RS is not able to checkin.

My testcase in HBASE-4052 is failing in trunk.

 

Some recent changes to the trunk has created this problem.

 

Any clue as to which issue could have created this.
