[PATCH]-Apache-1.3 - Userdir fix for NetWare - bug #6283 & #5826

    This patch fixes bugs #6283 and #5826.  Apache for NetWare was evaluating the user directory as a root directory but instead of re-evaluating a file path it was trying to redirect.  This caused the browser to attempt a redirect to a URL which does not exist.  The attached patch allows Apache for NetWare to appropriately determine the type of path and redirect or re-evaluate as necessary.
