PATCH: pageNumberCititation

Hello
Here is initial cvs diff file and pageNumberCitation.java code for
making page number citations work.

The code is limited in that it works only for reversed referenced
blocks.  I felt that I needed to get this code into the process before
tackleing the bigger problem of updating all formating objects to give
out page numbers.

 As a first time contributor, let me know what I've done wrong as far as
submitting a patch goes and I'll try again.
