Ok, thats been done for OFbiz, the 18 issues that were of type 'Question' I converted to type 'Wish'.

One that was of type 'Jira Project' I converted to type 'Bug' ( a closed as invalid issue anyway)

So you are now in line with the majority of projects and no longer have the 'Question' type.
