[DISCUSS] [PublicService][Entrance][EC]It is recommended that Linkis remove the HDFS strong dependency and can all use the local file system
Now Linkis has a strong dependence on HDFS. If there is no HDFS, it cannot
be used. It is recommended that the service can run normally without
relying on HDFS.
I suggest removing the strong dependence of modules such as
[PublicService][Entrance][EC] on HDFS, and support all local file systems.
If you think it is reasonable, please vote +1, if you think it is
unreasonable, please vote -1

I think this will be a good step in reducing linkis system dependencies and
reducing complexity
