Newbie to Apache Shiro

Hello Experts

I am a newbie to Shiro and was following tutorial for Web App and now i am
stuck on step 2a as Stormpath is no more available and Otka is just a pain
in neck, If some one can please help ASAP on how to configure Shiro with
OTka or share the steps which will be good for Otka in-lieu of Stormpath
