For me, for example, the RC for Commons Collection 4.2 RC1 should live here:

[https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/commons/collections/commons-collections4-4.2-RC1]

and the uncompressed site here:

[https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/commons/collections/commons-collections4-4.2-RC1/site]

and it would be OK to provide a compressed site here:

[https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/commons/collections/commons-collections4-4.2-RC1/site.zip]
