Making GIT planning page accessible

Hi guys,

these gents want to participate in the GIT@ASF wikipages:

RossGardlee
FilMaj
MichaelBrooks
DaveJohnson

This page:
http://wiki.apache.org/couchdb/Git_At_Apache_Guide
http://wiki.apache.org/couchdb/GitSuccessCriteria

Can you approve them?

Actually they see this page is immutable.

In another note, I don't understand why this page needs access control
- it is wiki, has a history and such. therefore I think it can be open
to everybody who registered. If that is possible, it would help better
than approving name by name.

Thanks
Christian

Actually I see this as an opportunity to better document our version
control processes and how they interact with our community development
processes.

I look forward to giving the git docs a prominent place in the
Community Development PMC.

That being said, Christian provides a good set of links to existing
SVN resources.
