chenillekit internalPager error

I have posted a message also on the chenillekit mailing list, but it appears to be very quiet there, perhaps someone here can help?

I am using Tapestry 5.1... and have been getting errors from the chenillekit pager component : 
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException Parameter name was null or contained only whitespace.

'name' is an internal parameter, originating from: <div t:id="internalPager"/>. The problem arises when the pager is activated (i.e.: there are more records to display than pager rows allowed per page.)

Any ideas how to fix this?
