4 new Apache members from the WS project!

Folks, please congratulate the following folks for being elected to
membership of the Apache Software Foundation at the special members
meeting held at ApacheCon '05:

- Tom Jordahl
- Scott Nichol
- Srinath Perera
- Alek Slominski

Thank you for your long, hard contributions to the ASF and its our
pleasure to welcome you to the honor of becoming members! You will
receive the formal invitation soon .. but in the meantime you can get a
bit of info from:

(The data is a bit out of date .. doesn't list me as a member for
example :))

Oh man I am sooooooooooo sorry. I made a mistake in the list of names of
members .. :(.

The new members are Tom, Srinath and Alek. 

Please accept my sincere apologies (esp. to Scott) for the screwup.
