[I] Remove `RdfEndpointStorage`

   Remove the `RdfEndpointStorage` and its references since the functionality has been replaced by the internal service discovery feature.
   Also, we can remove the manual `AddEndpointDialog` in the `PipelineElementInstallation` section in the UI.
