[RESULT] [VOTE] Release Apache Sling JCR Content Parser 1.2.8

Hi,

The vote has passed with the following result:

+1 (binding): Radu Cotescu, Stefan Seifert, Robert Munteanu, Dan Klco, Karl Pauls
+1 (non-binding): Andreas Schaefer

I will copy this release to the Sling dist directory and
promote the artifacts to the central Maven repository.
