New pattern for converter tool in javx files in apisupport.wizards

Hi all,

Some files in apisupport.wizards, such as this one, have an Oracle license
and a 'javx' file extension, and are templates used internally in NetBeans
to generate files via the NetBeans Module wizards:

apisupport.wizards/src/org/netbeans/modules/apisupport/project/ui/wizard/action/callableSystemAction.javx

The above has a pattern, i.e., an Oracle license, that hasn't been picked
up by the tool yet.

I could fix all these files separately, no problem, but maybe this new
pattern could be included in the tool?
