how to reach HttpServelet in compiler

In javac compiling a servlet, the screen show me error msg, maning the servlet classes can not be found. I know it should be set up in some file to let the compiler know where to raech these servlet classes.

But I don't know where. Beside, since the download samples run ok, I guess these claaes are there and the classpath for running has set up. But I even could not find where these classes are.
