This is partially my fault. The automated process that converts poddlings to TLPs fell apart and I've had to manually go in and do the steps by hand. This is also coupled by the fact that this is my first round of poddling graduations.

the cause was that metamodel's dist entry wasn't added to svnpubsub (my fault) and then the incubator directory was removed which the mirrors eventually removed. I have added meatmodel back to svnpubsub for www.apache.org/dist and so it should begin to appear on the mirrors today and tomorrow.

I do apologize for this and it is acively being fixed.
