Building the new Xalan WebPages from SVN

[1] Extract a copy of the branch to a Windows machine.

[2] Copy the Xalan command-line program and necessary libraries into

For the XALAN-C project web pages

    XalanDocs/xalan/c/trunk/bin

For the integrated TLP, XALAN-J, and XALAN-C project web pages

    XalanDocs/xalan/java/trunk/bin

[3] Construct the XALAN-C pages by running the command file

    XalanDocs/xalan/c/trunk/xdocs/sources/make-book.bat

    The pages will be targeted to

    XalanDocs/xalan/c/trunk/build/docs

[4] Construct the TLP, XALAN-J, and XALAN-C complete web pages
    by running the command file

    XalanDocs/xalan/java/trunk/xdocs/sources/make-all-sites.bat

    The pages will be targeted to

    XalanDocs/xalan/java/trunk/build/docs/xalan

are also applied to XalanDocs/xalan/java/trunk/xdocs/sources/xalan-c/

A full set of web pages is constructed and available for review
except for Doxygen constructed APIs.
