As migration from 2.1.0 to 2.2.0 create new indices,
before migration, we need to ensure that all target indices (and alias) don't exist in the environment. 

Indices to check are:
aliases:
{context}-event
{context}-session
indices:
{context}-event-000001
{context}-session-000001
{context}-systemitems
