   # Bug Report
   
   ## Problem
   When running ionic cordova platform add android@8.0.0, the config.xml at platforms/android/app/src/main/res/xml/config.xml doesn't get copied from the project config.xml correctly. None of the project plugins show and there is a random call-number plugin in there.

   ### What is expected to happen?
   All of the plugins from the project config.xml should get copied over to the android platform config.xml so the app can actually run.
   
   ### What does actually happen?
   The app doesn't run. When trying to run the app an alert shows that says "Error initializing Cordova: Class not found"
