I'm not %100 convinced that everything works right between directory
configuration directives, root configuration directives and all that.
Damon, how are you on this stuff?  If you don't feel comfortable with
it, I'll tackle it, but I'll wait for your new configuration
directives.

    Well, first off, how can I check out the module? 0-]  I haven't
used Apache's development yet.  I attempted to check it out from
cvs.apache.org with my login, but it doesn't recognize me.  My login
on tcl.apache.org works fine.  What do I need to do?
