broken unknown handler

I had a working app using 2.1.6, and after updating my deps to
2.1.7-SNAPSHOT, the convention based app is broken. I found out that
UnknownHandlerManager.handleUnknownAction is not getting called, it is
not even referenced anywhere in the code. I will dig into it tomorrow,
anyone knows what's broken?

It was my fault, who would have guessed?! :). DefaultActionProxy was
still using UnknownHandler instead of UnknownHandlerManager.
