[I] Dashboard reports invalid broker TPS as extreme values [rocketmq-dashboard]

yyqdbngt opened a new issue, #2652:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/2652

   ### Problem
Dashboard TPS values are parsed as doubles and cast directly to long. Malformed broker statistics such as `Infinity`, a negative value, or a finite value above the long range can therefore appear as negative or extreme TPS values and distort both cluster and global summaries.

   ### Expected behavior
Non-finite, negative, and out-of-range broker TPS samples should be treated as unavailable data instead of being exposed as misleading throughput.

   ### Proposed fix
Centralize safe TPS conversion and cover invalid numeric inputs in the dashboard provider tests.
